a serious lack of organization, no displayed prices, no medical prescription or treatment. I stayed for 6 hours for two x-rays where they were unable to tell me that it was pneumonia after I told them that I had a fever and I hadn't eaten for 4 days! however, they were very careful to go with me and tell them the price of the consultation at the reception so they can be sure that they are charging 202 euros for nothing!! I payed RX another 117 euro but for me no money was important because i have insurance!! Maybe because i am just turist!

I was operated on in this facility on 8 January 2024 for L5 S1 herniated disc by Dr. Jacopo Lenzi and his extraordinary team. I sincerely thank Dr. Lenzi, a true professional who gained my trust from the first visit. Empathetic, humane, kind, and extremely competent doctor. He carefully explained to me the reasons for the surgery and how it would be carried out. What to say about the structure... It was a very pleasant discovery! I offer my compliments and thanks to all the staff, from the reception to the ward staff, to the nurses, OSS. Let me start by saying that by nature I am very very anxious, but thanks to their empathy, their smile, their kindness, I faced this surgery with a more serene state of mind, I fell asleep among the smiles of the anesthetists and the operating room operators☺️ The care is impeccable, the nurses are attentive and caring, always available and kind. They allow their loved ones to stay in the room all day, which is not at all negligible and not allowed by all structures. In conclusion, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful property. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart.

Definitely very good private clinic with excellent reception. A building is completely under renovation, the rooms are well designed and renovated, very bright and beautiful terraces and windows make you feel more at home than in a clinic. Parking is almost non-existent and internal maneuvers are difficult to complete. Staff at the entrance very unfriendly if not almost rude, the unfriendly bar boy is completely absent (ask for what you want and he doesn't listen to you and then asks you several times what's missing). Staff in the sublime department, very friendly, discreet and kind, some even very nice.

Excellent structure. Wonderful staff. Unique kindness on the part of the medical staff and administrative staff. I underwent surgery with a top, kind, helpful Professor. He explained everything to me like a great college lecture. It is the second time I have come to this clinic and I am more and more satisfied and I recommend it to friends and relatives.
